Fatcarons (a.k.a Korean style macarons.) Fatcarons are the traditional French macarons chubbier counter part. It is FILLED with fluffy whipped buttercream and made less sweet. Bursting with flavor, the fillings are sometimes decorated or stuffed with fresh fruit, mochi, cake, candy, jam, ganache, or chocolate.
This pie is a brilliant marriage of two impossibly rich and creamy desserts- The Hawaiian haupia cream (Nutella flavored) layered on top of the American classic cheesecake, supported by a bed of Oreo crust and topped with fluffy whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts and Oreo.
